Enji AI LLC develops and operates Enji Guard, provides all product support, and is the party you contract with under the Terms of Service.

Who sells you the credits
Freemius is our authorised reseller and the merchant of record for every purchase. You buy from Freemius, Freemius charges your card, handles tax, and issues your receipt.

Freemius being a United States company matters twice: the law of your purchase is New York’s rather than ours, and the payment path is an international transfer. Both are set out in Terms section 25 and Privacy Policy §12.
Responsible for: taking payment, tax, invoicing, and processing refunds.
