Accessibility
Effective date: 15 September 2026
The European Accessibility Act has applied to consumer e-commerce since 28 June 2025. We sell to individuals through this website, so it applies to us, and this page says where we actually stand.
Where we stand
We assess Enji Guard against WCAG 2.1 AA.
Automated testing. Lighthouse’s accessibility audit runs over the public website and the product, and anything it flags is logged as a defect and fixed rather than left. That covers the machine-checkable part of WCAG and not the rest — see below.
What automated testing does not establish. It does not judge whether alt text is meaningful, whether focus order makes sense, whether every control can be reached and left with a keyboard, or whether form errors are identified usefully. So a clean automated run is a baseline rather than a conformance claim, and we do not describe the Service as conforming to WCAG 2.1 AA on the strength of one.
A keyboard-only pass is under way across the main flows, which covers much of what the automated run cannot. We will publish what it finds here, including anything that comes back badly.
The public website uses semantic HTML and remains readable without JavaScript; the site and the product work at standard browser zoom and follow your system’s light and dark mode preference.
Reporting a problem
Write to [email protected] and tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We reply within 5 business days. Accessibility problems are treated as defects, not feature requests. If we cannot fix something quickly we will tell you the timeline and, where we can, find another way to get you what you needed.
If you use assistive technology and something about this page itself is a barrier, say so and we will send the same information in whatever format suits you.
Enforcement
If you are in the European Union and you are not satisfied with how we have handled an accessibility complaint, you can escalate to the national enforcement authority. Which authority that is depends on the country you live in, and each Member State designates its own. Ask us at [email protected] and we will point you to the one for your country. You do not have to come to us first, though it is usually faster.
