Our data protection representatives

Required disclosure under Article 27 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

European UnionPrighter EU Rep GmbH, Schellinggasse 3/10, 1010 Vienna, Austria · [email protected] · Trust Center: app.prighter.com/portal/16660917026
United KingdomMad Devs Group Ltd, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, company 11793394 · [email protected]

Why a different name in the UK. Mad Devs Group Ltd is a company related to ours by common ownership, and it acts as our UK representative because it is a real operating company established in the UK. A maddevs.io address is the right place to write — it is not a misdirected email.

Full context, and what a representative can and cannot do, is in Privacy Policy §13.

Who sells you the credits

Paddle is our authorised reseller and the merchant of record for every purchase. You buy from Paddle, Paddle charges your card, handles tax, and issues your receipt. Paddle’s name is what appears on your card statement.

The Paddle entity you contract with depends on where you are — Paddle.com Inc. in the United States, Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd in Canada, and Paddle.com Market Limited elsewhere. Your purchase is governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Responsible for: taking payment, tax, invoicing, and processing refunds.
